Dean Promoted to Senior Leader

All three of his children currently attend The University of Alabama which may explain his hard work ethic. His two oldest girls are in grad school and his son is a junior. Phil says he enjoys anything outdoors including hunting, fishing, hiking, camping and searching for Indian or Civil War artifacts.
