Clayton Joins Academic Team

In 1983 she returned home to attend UAH and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology with an Environmental Science Certification, and a minor in Chemistry. Andrea says her most proud accomplishment to date is serving as a Space Shuttle Coordinator. She taught Astronaut Jan Davis to perform a cell separation experiment and tested the experiment's hardware on rocket launches in White Sands, NM. She later earned a Master's Degree in Biology with a Secondary Education Certification from UAH. Andrea is married with two children.
